Shipping in Australia

Urban Collective uses Australia post for deliveries to all the on-line customers, we aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of your order. Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a FLAT FEE of $10 per order will apply. This charge is inclusive of GST and will be added to the purchase price at check-out.
In addition, an Express shipping service is available for orders within Australia for $15. These orders will be sent with Australian Post's Service and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Currently, Los Cabos only delivers to destinations within Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand deliveries incur a flat rate of $30 shipping and the customer is responsible for any additional import duties, payable on pickup of the delivery.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Urban Collective is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Urban Collective, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
All orders placed after 1pm (AEST) time will be processed the next business day. Orders received on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the delivery driver will card your order to your nearest Australia Post outlet. The driver will leave a note in your mail box to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up from.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see below our returns policy.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. You will also receive a tracking number and link from our courier to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Change your order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If you need to amend your order you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.
You have a period of 14 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases for a full refund or credit note. Please be aware that any purchases with sole markings or scratches cannot be returned.
- Full priced items: full price items can be refunded or exchanged for a credit note. Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount. If a Discount/Promotional code is used, item is still considered full price. (Sale items show ‘Final Sale’ price at checkout).
- Sale items: Sale items are only eligible for a Credit Note – they cannot be refunded. A credit note will be issued once Sale Item quality review is successful. Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items.
Refund: Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be available in your account.
Credit note: Once your refund is approved, customers will receive an email with a code to use at checkout on the next order. The gift card is valid for one year.
Exchange: Customers will not be charged for the new postage when an exchange or replacement is mailed back to them. Please note if you are returning your purchased item & wish to exchange it for an item with a difference in value, we will need to refund your original order in full & you will need to make a new purchase for the new item.
