Shipping in Australia
- Free Shipping for all orders over $100AUD
- Flat Rate $10AUD for orders under $100AUD
- Express Shipping $15AUD
Urban Collective uses Australia Post for all deliveries to online customers, we aim to have your order dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of your order. Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $100AUD. For orders under $100AUD, a flat fee of $10AUD per order will apply. This charge is inclusive of GST and will be added to the purchase price at check-out.
In addition, an Express shipping service is available for orders within Australia for $15AUD. These orders will be sent with Australia Post's service.
Shipping Internationally
Currently, Urban Collective only delivers to destinations within Australia, New Zealand, and UK. New Zealand incurs a flat rate of $15AUD shipping, USdelivery fees are $22.50AUD, UK & Ireland delivery fees are $25AUD. The customer is responsible for any additional import duties, payable on pickup of the delivery.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Urban Collective is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Urban Collective, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
New Zealand: Goods mailed into NZ may be subject to import duty. Import duties are calculated on the Customs value of the goods in New Zealand dollars. The goods may also be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%, based on the Customs value of the goods, and including the duty (if any) and postal/courier charges. Please be aware that if two or more packages arrive for you at the same time, Customs may combine them as one import for the calculation of duty. If your goods are valued at NZ$1000 or more, you will need a client code.
Delivery
All orders placed after 1pm (AEST) time will be processed the next business day. Orders received on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the delivery driver will card your order to your nearest Australia Post outlet. The driver will leave a note in your mail box to let you know you have missed a delivery and where it can be picked up from.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see below our returns policy.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Tracking
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. You will also receive a tracking number and link from our courier to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Change your order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If you need to amend your order you, please contact care@urbancollectivefw.com.au as soon as possible.

RETURNS
Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return via our Return Centre.
Return Policy
You have a period of 14 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases for a full refund or credit note. Please be aware that any purchases with sole markings or scratches cannot be returned.
- Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.
- Full priced items are eligible for full refund, exchange, or credit note. If a Discount/Promotional code is used, item is still considered full price. Note that Discount code is different than gift voucher or credit note.
- Sale items are only eligible for a Credit Note or Exchange – they cannot be refunded (requests for refunds will be rejected by the system).
- Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
Urban Collective will not accept return requests after 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund, exchange, or credit note will be issued once quality review is successful.

Instant exchange: We offer free and easy online size or colour exchanges. Submit your online return through the portal and follow the steps to select a new size. Exchange items will be dispatched free of charge. Once the original item is returned and approved by quality control the exchange item will be posted. We accept exchanges for another sizes or colour once, after, no refund will be provided, only store credit will be authorised. Please note that we don't allow exchange for another item anymore, only instant exchange (same product: size or colour exchange).
- Store credit: Once your return is received and approved by quality control your store credit will be issued, customers will receive an email with a code to use at checkout on the next order. The store credit is valid for one year.
- Refund: If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee. Once your return is approved by quality control and the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be available in your account. Once your refund is approved, you will receive store credit through an email with a code to use on the next order. Customers will not be charged for the new postage when an exchange or replacement is mailed back to them.
Return Fee
Australia: Urban Collective provides you a return label. Please note that refund and store credit will incur a $10 return postage/ processing fee.
New Zealand: Urban Collective provides you a return label. Please note that refund and store credit will incurs a $15 return postage/ processing fees.
Rest of the world: Customer is responsible for returning the product to Los Cabos. Send the unworn item/s along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below:
